Install LLMIC on your Mac

Ready to run your first audit? Start by getting LLMIC onto your Mac.
This guide takes you from the official download to the sign-in screen, with the checks that help you avoid installation trouble.
The installer is free to download. Using the workspace requires a paid subscription; downloading it does not start a free trial.
From download to first launch
- Check your Mac
Review macOS requirements and release notes. - Download the DMG
Use the official LLMIC download page. - Copy to Applications
Close any older running copy first. - Open and sign in

Installation does not activate a free trial. Paid access is a separate step.
1. Check your Mac before downloading
Open the Apple menu and check About This Mac. The current website lists macOS 15 or later as the system requirement.
Review the download page for the release currently offered, its compatibility notes and any outstanding acceptance checks. An installer containing both architectures does not, by itself, establish that every Intel Mac has been tested.
2. Install the Applications copy
Use the download button on the official LLMIC website. When the DMG finishes downloading, open it and copy LLMIC into Applications.
Launch the copy in Applications rather than continuing to run a copy from the mounted disk image. Keep your existing work backed up before replacing an older installation, and close any older running copy first.
3. Sign in with the account you want to use
On first launch, follow the normal macOS confirmation prompts for opening a downloaded application. Sign in using the account that should own your subscription and workspace.
You need an internet connection for authentication and connected services. If you already subscribed, use the same account and restore access instead of buying another plan just because the workspace is locked.
If macOS will not open the app
If macOS reports that the download is damaged, stop and obtain a fresh copy from the official download page. Do not disable macOS security protections as a routine installation step.
Record the exact message, your macOS version and the downloaded release when requesting support. A signature or notarization check confirms distribution trust; it does not certify every feature or migration path.
Make sure you are ready to activate
Confirm that LLMIC opens from Applications and presents the expected sign-in or account screen. Installation and subscription activation are separate steps.
Review the release notes before updating again, especially if you rely on saved crawls. Once signed in, the account and plan shown inside the app should match the subscription you intend to use.
