Sign in and activate your subscription
Updated
You’ve chosen LLMIC. Now you want the tools you paid for to open.
Start checkout from the account you intend to use, complete your purchase through Paddle, then return to the app and check your plan. This guide walks you through those steps—and what to check if a feature stays locked.
How access becomes active
- Confirm your account
Check the email shown inside LLMIC. - Choose Solo or Pro
Review the billing cycle and checkout total. - Complete Paddle checkout
Keep the purchase confirmation. - Return and restore access
Confirm the purchased plan inside the app.
Opening the app from a browser is a handoff, not payment confirmation.
1. Confirm who owns the subscription
Before buying, open Settings and check Account & License. Confirm the email address belongs to the account you want to use.
If it does not, use Sign out / switch account before starting checkout. Changing an email field during checkout should not be treated as a substitute for switching the signed-in app account.
Keep your purchase receipt for later billing questions.
2. Choose your plan and check the total
Open View plans or the available plan-selection control. Compare Solo and Pro using the pricing page.
Select monthly or yearly billing, then continue to the website. Review the total, currency, tax and renewal terms displayed by Paddle before paying.
Optional third-party API usage is billed by its provider separately from your LLMIC subscription.
3. Return to LLMIC and restore access
After successful checkout, use the return link to open LLMIC. Your browser may ask whether it can open the application; that prompt is expected when following an app link.
Back in LLMIC, use Restore access if the new entitlement has not appeared. Read the plan name and access status, rather than relying only on a temporary success message.
Paid, but a tool is still locked?
A successful Solo subscription should unlock Solo tools while Pro-only areas may still show an upgrade screen. This is different from a failed payment.
Check the plan comparison before troubleshooting a locked AI feature. If you paid for Pro but still see Solo, confirm the account identity and restore access, then contact support with the receipt reference if the mismatch remains.
Check the outcome before paying again
If checkout reports an error, do not repeatedly pay without checking the transaction outcome. Review your receipt and account status first.
If the app already has developer or legacy access, use a separate intended customer account for a meaningful purchase test. Never send card details, passwords or authentication links to support; a transaction reference and a description of the issue are enough to begin.
Quick reference
| Stage | What it confirms |
|---|---|
| Checkout opens | The payment screen is reachable |
| Receipt or successful checkout | Payment completion is reported |
| App shows the purchased plan | Account access has refreshed |
| Pro tool remains locked on Solo | Expected plan restriction |
