This Privacy Policy explains how LLMIC, operated by Sanjay Kumar Monu, handles information when you use llmic.com and the LLMIC macOS application.
Information handled by the Mac app
Your crawl data, imported files, projects, reports, and audit results are designed to remain on your Mac. Credentials and API keys that you enter for Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or AI providers are stored in the macOS Keychain. LLMIC does not bundle the developer’s provider credentials in the customer application.
When you run an integration, the app sends the request directly to the provider you selected. That provider processes the request under its own privacy policy and terms.
Account and license information
We use Supabase to handle sign-in and store the account, subscription, entitlement, trial, and registered-device information needed to provide and protect your license. This may include your name, email address, user identifier, plan, billing status, device name and identifier, activation dates, and security records.
Payments
Paddle is our Merchant of Record and handles checkout, tax, receipts, subscriptions, refunds, and payment information. LLMIC receives transaction and subscription identifiers and status, but does not receive or store your complete card number. Paddle’s privacy notice is provided during checkout.
Website and support
Our website, hosting, security, and analytics tools may process IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps, and cookies needed to operate and protect the site. If you contact support, we process the information in your message and any files you choose to send so we can respond.
Why we use information
We use information to authenticate users, provide trials and paid access, prevent abuse, process support and refund requests, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and sharing
We keep account and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax or legal duties. Local audit data remains under your control on your Mac. We share information only with service providers needed to run LLMIC, when you direct an integration, or when law requires it.
Your choices
You can remove local projects and credentials from the app, disconnect providers, cancel billing through Paddle, or request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting us. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained where law requires.
