These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LLMIC macOS application and the website at llmic.com. LLMIC is operated by Sanjay Kumar Monu (“LLMIC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, starting a trial, or buying a plan, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
LLMIC is a macOS website-auditing and SEO analysis application. Results are decision-support information, not a promise of search rankings, traffic, revenue, or acceptance by any search engine or AI service. You remain responsible for reviewing results before changing a website.
2. Accounts and licenses
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure. A Solo plan is for one person and may be activated on up to two Macs. A Pro plan is for one person and may be activated on up to three Macs. An Agency plan includes up to three named user seats and five Mac activations. Lifetime Solo is for one person and up to two Macs. You may deactivate an old Mac before activating another. You may not share, resell, sublicense, rent, or bypass a license or usage limit.
3. Trial, subscriptions, and lifetime access
New eligible accounts receive a 14-day Pro trial without a payment card. Paid monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Paddle shows the price, billing period, tax, and renewal details before you pay. You can cancel through the Paddle customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period unless a refund is issued.
Lifetime Solo is a one-time license for the purchased major version and includes one year of updates. It is not a promise that the service, integrations, or third-party APIs will exist forever.
4. Payment provider
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices may be converted to local currency and applicable taxes may be added by Paddle. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms and privacy policy shown at checkout.
5. Your data and third-party services
You confirm that you have authority to crawl, analyse, or connect every site and account you use with LLMIC. Google, analytics, AI, and other provider integrations are governed by those providers’ terms. You are responsible for provider charges and for protecting your own credentials.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use LLMIC to break the law, access systems without permission, interfere with services, distribute malware, evade technical safeguards, or violate another person’s rights. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
7. Intellectual property
LLMIC and its software, design, and documentation remain our property. During an active trial or license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application under these terms. You retain ownership of your sites, imported data, audit projects, and reports.
8. Availability and updates
We may improve, repair, or change the application and supported integrations. Maintenance, provider changes, or events outside our control can cause interruptions. We will use reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, LLMIC is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost rankings, lost profit, or loss caused by relying on an audit result. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for LLMIC during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Termination and changes
You may stop using LLMIC at any time. We may end or suspend access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, or legal requirement. We may update these terms for future use of the service and will publish the effective date on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Bihar, India will handle disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
