Release transparency

Know what’s been checked.

The installer’s signature and notarization have been verified. Account isolation was checked on the development Mac before and after signing out and back in.

Separate clean-Mac, native Intel hardware and the complete customer update/migration journey remain pending acceptance checks. Automatic update rollout remains on hold.

Before replacing an earlier version, preserve a backup of your work. For help installing or updating, contact support.

A useful first session

Start small. Find one useful fix.

After your subscription unlocks the app, use this route to reach a clear first result.

  1. Choose a site you manage

Start with a small, representative set of public pages. Confirm your crawl scope before running it.

  3. Repair and recheck

Make the reviewed change in your website, then run a fresh crawl with the same scope. Compare the actual evidence.

Still unsure? Ask us →
01What macOS version is required to install LLMIC?

The current download is intended for macOS 15 or later. Check the download page and release notes before installing on a different system.

02Is the LLMIC Mac installer signed and notarized?

The published installer is described as signed and notarized. Keep the installer unchanged and download it from the official LLMIC website.

03How do I install LLMIC after downloading the DMG?

Open the downloaded disk image, move LLMIC to Applications, launch it, sign in with the account that should own the license, and choose a paid plan.

04Does downloading LLMIC start a free trial?

No. Downloading and signing in do not start an automatic trial. An active paid subscription is required to unlock the workspace.

05Can I update LLMIC without losing my account workspace?

An update should retain the signed-in account workspace. Back up important exports and review the release notes before installing a new build.

06Can LLMIC guarantee higher rankings or AI citations?

No. LLMIC measures crawl evidence and research observations, then helps you review possible actions. Search engines and AI providers decide their own results.

07Does LLMIC send my crawl data to its own servers?

Core crawl analysis is designed to run in the native Mac app. Features that use Google, AI, or other providers make the external requests described in the relevant workflow and use the credentials you connect.
